Job Description: The intern will apply instructional design, adult learning, and education principles to organize training content into clear learning objectives, lesson structures, practical exercises, assessments, and supporting materials. This position will work closely with technical subject matter experts, operations personnel, and technical documentation teams to understand existing content, identify gaps, and improve the consistency and effectiveness of training. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with technical information while approaching it from the perspective of the learner. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience developing real-world industrial and technical training programs while helping establish a more formal training framework for complex products and operational capabilities. Key Skills & Qualifications:
Instructional Design: Understanding of curriculum development, learning objectives, lesson planning, and instructional design principles. Technical Communication: Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable training content. Adult/Industrial Education: Familiarity with adult learning, workforce development, technical education, or industrial training concepts. Content Development: Experience developing presentations, training guides, exercises, assessments, or other educational materials. Collaboration & Organization: Ability to work with engineers, operators, technical writers, and subject matter experts to organize and refine training content.
