About the role#
Taxfyle is looking for a Partner Success Intern to support our teams during the 2027 tax season. This role runs from January through April 2027. You will help our partners navigate onboarding, manage support inquiries, and ensure our platform runs smoothly for tax professionals and clients. This is a hands-on position for students or recent graduates interested in technology, startups, and customer success.
What you'll do#
- Support partner onboarding by assisting new tax professionals with requirements and monitoring their progress.
- Respond to inquiries via Help Desk tickets, email, and Slack.
- Field inbound phone calls for support, sales, and onboarding.
- Triage support issues and escalate high-priority matters.
- Monitor active job flows and statuses to identify delays.
- Document support interactions, onboarding activities, and resolutions.
- Help maintain internal documentation and knowledge base resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner experiences.
- Comply with information security policies, complete training, and protect company data.
What you'll need#
- Current college enrollment or recent graduation in business, communications, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort speaking on the phone with partners and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn new software platforms and internal tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slack is a plus.
- Interest in tax, accounting, or financial services is helpful but not required.
Location & details#
- This internship is based in Coconut Grove, Florida.
- The role is hybrid with a requirement to work at least 20 hours per week during the January through April 2027 term.
- You must be available to work during core business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
