About the role#
This part-time internship provides hands-on experience across the apparel creation and product development process. You will work in our New Orleans office to support the Product Development Manager from seasonal concept development through execution. This role focuses on maintaining brand identity, quality, and product integrity.
What you'll do#
- Support the Product Development Manager during the seasonal apparel creation process.
- Participate in development meetings and track follow-up items.
- Track, organize, and assist with the approval of lab dips.
- Maintain a seasonal library for color matches.
- Keep product imagery updated for RepSpark.
- Organize development samples and showroom SMS samples.
- Provide support for photoshoots and company events.
- Build collaborative relationships across all departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college.
- Strong interest in the fashion, apparel, and activewear industry.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable nature.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with global vendors.
- Strong eye for color and product detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Photoshop skills are a plus.
- A collaborative and positive attitude.

- This role is based on-site in New Orleans, Louisiana.
- This is a part-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
