About the role#
The Tapestry Strategy MBA Intern will join the Global Strategy & Insights team to assist in developing and executing a global, multi-year strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional partners including finance, marketing, merchandising, and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and strategic advantages. This role is a 10-week summer internship running from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Own a strategic project at either the corporate or brand level.
- Conduct market research, competitor research, and analysis of public company filings.
- Perform internal and external data analysis, including consumer trends and insights.
- Support long-range and annual planning processes in partnership with finance teams.
- Assist in key leadership meetings and workshops for executives.
- Support the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or operating roles.
- Experience in retail, apparel, DTC brands, or ecommerce is preferred.
- A global mindset and expertise.
- Strong skills in data analytics and hypothesis-led problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Location: New York, New York, USA.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (Tuesday through Thursday in office).
- Employment Type: Full time.
- Compensation: $30 per hour.
