About the role#
This 12-week Summer Internship program provides undergraduate and master's students with on-the-job training and learning opportunities. You will work on projects across business development, asset management, risk consulting, data management, and portfolio analytics engineering. This program serves as an introduction to a career in the insurance and reinsurance industry.
What you'll do#
- Work on meaningful projects and participate in industry-relevant training.
- Build professional connections through social and networking events.
- Support business development, market research, and client engagement initiatives.
- Perform data analysis, process improvement, and dashboard development.
- Contribute to projects involving financial modeling, reporting, and automation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- An interest in insurance, reinsurance, asset management, consulting, data analytics, technology, or financial markets.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
