Sweep is building an AI coding assistant for JetBrains IDEs. We finetune our own coding LLMs to help developers ship faster. We are hiring for an ML Research Engineer, open to both interns and full-time candidates.
What you'll do#
- Finetune coding LLMs.
- Build and maintain JetBrains plugins.
What you'll need#
- Interest in working on AI coding assistants.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Python, and Machine Learning.
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- New graduates are eligible to apply.
Location & details#
- Location: San Francisco, California.
- Work modality: On-site, five days a week in the Dogpatch office.
- Sponsorship: Available.
- Compensation: $180,000 - $300,000.
