Sports Management Intern

About the role#

As a Sports Management Intern, you will work directly with the operations team on projects that contribute to the growth of the business. This role provides hands-on experience in business development, marketing, coaching operations, and strategic planning within a youth sports organization.

What you'll do#

• Research prospective schools, sports clubs, camps, and community organizations to support outreach initiatives.
• Observe classes and complete quality control evaluations to maintain coaching standards.
• Assist with marketing campaigns promoting classes, camps, and clinics.
• Conduct competitive analysis within the youth sports industry to identify growth opportunities.
• Support administrative projects to improve organizational efficiency.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and attend company events or community activations.

What you'll need#

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, or a recent graduate.
• Strong interest in sports, business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or operations.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
• Relevant academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or Kinesiology.
