About the role#
Starpath hires early-career engineers on a rolling basis for both internship and associate roles. You will work on real hardware alongside senior engineers. We expect you to take ownership of your work from your first day. You will join one of our programs, such as space solar, lunar surface infrastructure, or manufacturing operations. When you apply, please specify which program and discipline align with your background.
What you'll do#
- Own a scoped project as a contributing member of a discipline team.
- Learn our engineering processes, tools, and technical stack with guidance from senior engineers.
- Participate in design reviews, test campaigns, and manufacturing improvements.
- Present your work internally.
- Tackle increasingly difficult problems to build technical depth.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in engineering, physics, chemistry, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with collegiate project teams or laboratory work.
- CAD skills and the ability to produce high-quality engineering drawings.
- Proven hands-on skills in fabrication, laboratory work, or hardware builds.
- U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
