About the role#
This is an 11-week internship program running from June 7, 2027, to August 20, 2027. You will work with the Sales Development team to build foundational skills in business development and sales operations. This role is based on-site in Lake Mary, Florida, and is open to students currently enrolled at Rollins College and the University of Central Florida.
What you'll do#
- Identify and engage prospective and existing business customers.
- Research accounts to find opportunities, key contacts, and business insights.
- Manage lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development using Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Shadow calls, attend coaching sessions, and complete sales training.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations teams on strategic projects.
- Test AI-powered sales tools and help create documentation and training materials.
- Share project findings and progress updates with stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You are a full-time student carrying at least 12 college credits.
- You have strong Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to use pivot tables in Excel.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
- You enjoy working in a team and communicate effectively.
