About the role#
SRI is hiring interns for the Advanced Technology and Systems Division. You will work on projects for government and commercial clients in areas like radar, electronic warfare, robotics, and quantum sensing. These roles are full-time and on-site, with terms available on a rolling basis.
What you'll do#
- Join multi-disciplinary teams to build new technologies.
- Support ongoing research and development projects.
- Help develop new programs through proposal work and client engagement.
- Work on specific technical tasks including RF systems, FPGA signal processing, mechanical development, radar signal processing, EO/IR system modeling, and physics-informed machine learning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a B.S., M.S., or PhD program.
- A major in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for these positions.
- A resourceful approach to your work.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
