About the role#
We are hiring part-time Business Development Interns to join our team. This role begins with an 8-10 week training period, with the potential to transition into a full-time Business Development Representative position afterward. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, helping small business owners succeed.
What you'll do#
- Contact bar and restaurant owners across the US to discuss their needs and the SpotHopper platform.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and prospect top restaurants.
- Gain hands-on sales experience through direct customer interaction.
- Research potential clients to determine the best fit for our solutions.
- Receive mentorship from experienced Account Executives.
- Learn how a marketing and tech startup operates from the inside.
What you'll need#
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A positive, energetic, and outgoing attitude.
- A growth mindset.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, part-time position.
- The internship is paid at $22 per hour base plus an average of $5 per hour in commission.
- Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.
- The term is rolling.
