About the role#
Spectrum Vascular is hiring an IT Intern to support our growing technical operations. This role is based at our headquarters in Warren, New Jersey. You will work directly with our team to maintain systems, support users, and assist with ongoing software and database projects. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Write, debug, and deploy code, including report development in Tableau using Snowflake data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for local staff and provide help desk support.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and suggest solutions.
- Manage office network connectivity, printer setups, and user access.
- Handle database tasks such as data entry, backups, and recovery.
- Document IT procedures and shadow senior staff to learn internal operations.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Two years or less of experience in an entry-level IT role.
- Ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels to resolve technical problems.
