This is a full-time, paid internship position for the Summer 2026 term. This role is based on-site in Welland, Ontario, and is open to students pursuing degrees in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
What you'll do#
- Assist customers with the selection of eyewear.
- Perform fittings for glasses and contact lenses.
- Educate customers on various lens options.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain store displays and oversee inventory levels.
What you'll need#
- Foundational knowledge of optometry and optical products.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
