About the role#
This is a 12-month, full-time internship starting in May 2027. You will join the team to work on the design, development, and support of software applications ranging from cloud-based solutions to mobile apps and backend server components. This role is a hybrid position based in our Mississauga office.
What you'll do#
- Conduct sprint planning and review meetings while maintaining the product backlog.
- Write requirements using Agile methodology and create wireframes.
- Maintain the product roadmap by prioritizing solutions to match market opportunities.
- Research customer needs and conduct analyses of competitive products.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, and UI teams to develop solutions that meet market demands.
- Work with the development team to hit release milestones.
- Conduct product demonstrations for partners and key prospects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Solid understanding of software development and the product life cycle.
- Experience with Agile software development methodology.
- Technical knowledge of IP-related networks, architecture, design, and management.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, resolve problems, and manage time effectively.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations or training sessions.
- Familiarity with MacOS X, Linux, and Windows Server is a plus.
