About the role#
This internship is a comprehensive rotational program designed to provide a deep understanding of the wholesale electrical distribution industry. You will receive a personalized training plan tailored to your career goals. The program is flexible and allows you to explore different areas of the business based on your interests.
What you'll do#
- Work in the warehouse to gain hands-on experience in logistics, including delivery, shipping, receiving, and order pulling.
- Collaborate with counter and inside sales teams to provide service to customers.
- Acquire sales experience through face-to-face customer interactions.
- Learn about multiple product lines and study market conditions and competitive advantages.
- Complete an optional hands-on project focused on research, analysis, or operations.
What you'll need#
- An insatiable desire to learn and strong technical curiosity.
- A persistent work ethic and a focus on problem solving.
- A passion for customer service.
- Pursuing a degree in supply chain management, industrial distribution, business management, or sales is beneficial.
- A background in distribution, supply chain, or business is an advantage.
- Ability to walk and stand for most of the day during warehouse and counter sales rotations.

- Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
