Based at our Baton Rouge and Geismar, LA sites, you'll collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help solve real-world challenges, improve manufacturing processes, and contribute to the development of advanced materials and chemical solutions that serve customers around the world.

Based at our Baton Rouge and Geismar, LA sites, you'll collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help solve real-world challenges, improve manufacturing processes, and contribute to the development of advanced materials and chemical solutions that serve customers around the world.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    WE VALUE

    • Pursuing an advanced degree in Engineering

    • Experience with engineering principles and practices

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale 

    • Students entering their sophomore or junior year of an Engineering bachelor's degree program

    • Conduct research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering

    • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful outcomes

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering projects

    • Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and continuous improvement
