About the role#
As an Engineering Intern at Solstice, you will gain hands-on experience working on projects that support process innovation and operational excellence. What you'll do#
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of processes and solutions.
- Support cross-functional teams in product development and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends and engineering advancements.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering projects.
- Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Students entering their sophomore or junior year of an engineering bachelor's degree program.
- Experience with engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Preference for those pursuing an advanced degree in engineering.
- Due to U.S. export control laws, candidates must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship with a rolling term.
- The role is based in Geismar, Louisiana, and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
