About the role#
Smart Data Solutions is hiring an Implementation Analyst Intern to support our work in healthcare process automation and data management. You will work directly with our customers to assess their workflows and manage the technical implementation of our solutions. This role requires a balance of analytical tasks, project management, and direct customer engagement.
What you'll do#
- Assess and document current customer workflows, business processes, and system usage.
- Plan and manage implementation milestones, tasks, and timelines for multiple concurrent clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for implementation activities and deliverables.
- Develop test plans and test cases to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Use data and reporting to track implementation progress, outcomes, and customer adoption.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software implementation, business analysis, project management, or professional services.
- Experience supporting complex implementations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Clarity, Smartsheet, or Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of data analysis, reporting tools, and basic SQL concepts.

- This is an on-site position located in Plano, Texas.
- The role is full-time and paid.
- Employment is offered on a rolling basis.
