About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026 based in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. You will work on real-world projects designed to have a lasting impact on the organization while gaining exposure to cross-functional departments. At the end of the program, you will present your project work to senior leadership and team members.
What you'll do#
- Execute a primary project that addresses a real-world business challenge related to your field of study.
- Perform daily tasks that support the fundamentals of the process and contribute to business objectives.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement by identifying ways to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure all work meets quality performance standards and complies with USDA and FDA guidelines.
- Participate as an active team member by attending meetings, communicating policies, and fostering organizational cohesiveness.
- Perform other duties as necessary to support the team and facility operations.
- Work on your feet for multiple hours, operate in various temperatures, and lift at least 10 pounds.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree program in Business Administration or Agriculture.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Willingness to lead, take charge, and offer professional direction.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing or the poultry industry.
