About the role#
As a Data Analytics Intern in the Internal Audit department, you will use data analytics to support audit objectives, uncover insights, and help drive business decisions. You will work with experienced professionals, learn new tools, and contribute to projects. We are integrating AI into our audit work to improve efficiency and accuracy, and you will have the chance to get involved in these practical applications.

What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, statistics, information technology, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- An anticipated graduation date of May 2027.
- Strong oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to learn new concepts, analyze data, and draw informed conclusions using sound judgment.
- The ability to apply creative and innovative thinking.
- Prior coursework in IT, auditing, analytics, or business technology is preferred.
- Prior data analytics or business experience is welcome but not required.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid summer internship for 2027, lasting 12 weeks at 40 hours per week.
- The role is based in Akron, Ohio, and operates in a hybrid work environment.
- The pay range is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
