About the role#
Select Management Group is hiring interns for the Winter 2027 term, running from January through April. You will work with managers and the broader team to support talent projects, music releases, and original developments. This is a paid, full-time position based in Los Angeles or New York. You will work primarily on-site, with remote options available based on your schedule and availability.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain marketing materials like talent one sheets, press roundups, newsletters, and statistics.
- Update weekly and monthly talent tracking and analytic reports.
- Assist talent with various projects, brand deals, endorsements, appearances, and personal needs.
- Organize internal and external materials for brands.
- Track industry players, competition, and projects through regular reporting.
- Handle office administration, research, and general project tracking.
- Participate in team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Interest in a career within talent management, PR, digital media, agency work, or production and casting.
- Experience with the digital influencer and talent landscape is preferred.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with emerging talent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, independent work style.
- Ability to think strategically and align your work with company goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
