Operations Analyst/Fund Accountant Opportunities (Spring/Summer 2026 Graduates)

About the role#

The Investment Manager Services division at SEI is building a pipeline of Spring and Summer 2026 graduates to fill entry-level positions. This role focuses on providing comprehensive administration and customer service for investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity, and other alternative investments. You will be considered for various roles, such as Fund Accountant, Operations Analyst, and Investor Services roles across multiple departments.

What you'll do#

• Provide outstanding customer service and comprehensive administration support for clients.
• Support clients through email and phone communication.
• Communicate daily with clients and external service providers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet client objectives.
• Broaden your knowledge of the financial services industry by learning new concepts and systems.
• Identify solutions to problems and assist in implementing efficient processes.

What you'll need#

• BA or BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Internship experience is preferred.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to complete multiple objectives in a timely manner.
• Attention to detail to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.
