About the role#
As a Student Safety Analyst, you work on the front lines of student wellness. You analyze and escalate urgent alerts to ensure student well-being in real time. This is a remote role for those interested in joining our talent community for future openings.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and escalate urgent alerts to ensure student well-being in real time.
- Review written or image-based content to identify safety risks.
- Work with AI-generated alerts and follow established escalation protocols.
What you'll need#
- Experience in content moderation, digital safety, or alert monitoring.
- Familiarity with K-12 student behavior, wellness issues, and sensitive topics.
- Strong judgment and the ability to respond quickly and accurately in urgent situations.
- Ability to work independently with discretion and empathy.
- Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration.
- An organized, detail-oriented approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Backgrounds in education, social work, law enforcement, psychology, or EdTech support are preferred.
