About the role#
Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is looking for Registered Intern Therapists (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI) to join our outpatient practice in Coral Springs. This position is designed for clinicians who want structured supervision, steady caseload growth, and a sustainable path to licensure in Florida.
What you'll do#
- Build a consistent outpatient caseload starting at 15+ sessions per week.
- Deliver therapy through a mix of in-person sessions and telehealth.
- Participate in free weekly qualified supervision, both individual and group.
- Maintain timely and high-quality clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with our team of colleagues and external providers.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards in all client interactions.
What you'll need#
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current registration or eligibility to register within 60 days as an RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI in Florida.
- Availability to work at least two late-afternoon or evening shifts per week.
- A commitment to growing and maintaining a steady caseload.
- Experience in outpatient, school-based, or community mental health settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, reliability, and an interest in mentorship are preferred.

- Employment: Part-time, W-2 employee.
- Compensation: $40 to $52 per clinical session, paid biweekly.
