This is a hybrid internship within the Technical Projects Group. You will act as a bridge between AI features and their real-world impact, ensuring that models provide accurate and reliable support to users. This role combines AI evaluation, systematic quality assurance, and user research support to maintain a high standard for product releases.
What you'll do#
- Review and score outputs from AI features to evaluate performance and identify model limitations.
- Build and maintain automated LLM test suites to catch regressions as the product evolves.
- Systematically test product features and document bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Review incoming bug reports, identify patterns, and prioritize issues in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Coordinate user interviews, including scheduling, note-taking, and synthesizing feedback from organizers.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics.
- Ability to proactively lead and design research projects, workflows, and initiatives.
- Demonstrated excellence in advanced research and analytical skills, including primary and secondary source research, writing, and editing.
- Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders, partners, and teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and generate new ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in common software tools for word processing, presentation, and spreadsheets.
