Co-op/Intern - Master Planning & Logistics

About the role#

This is an 8-month full-time internship for Summer 2026 based on-site in Stratford, Ontario. The role supports the manufacturing area and related functions by managing material flow, production scheduling, and inventory oversight.

What you'll do#

• Support manufacturing operations through daily scheduling meetings and activities with production leaders.
• Analyze MRP runs to determine demand and verify capacity risks, communicating constraints as needed.
• Manage material flow by monitoring supplier deliveries, creating releases, and handling EDI transmissions.
• Maintain accurate data by updating SAP Material Masters and managing purchase and production orders.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure they stay within established minimum and maximum thresholds.
• Support cost reduction activities and provide consumption reports as required.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a post-secondary Logistics or Supply Chain Management program.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of SAP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a disciplined, organized approach to tasks.
• Ability to perform math and problem-solving tasks effectively.
• Flexibility with working hours.

• Compensation: Paid position ($25.40 to $28.70 per hour based on year of study).
