About the role#
The MBA Leadership Internship is a 10-12 week summer program designed for first-year MBA students. You will partner directly with senior leaders to work on strategic initiatives and meaningful business challenges. This role offers exposure to executive leadership through mentorship, business reviews, and networking. You will help shape decisions that impact the healthcare sector while building leadership capabilities.
What you'll do#
- Partner with senior leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Lead projects aligned with critical business priorities.
- Deliver recommendations that create measurable value.
- Solve complex business challenges alongside experienced healthcare leaders.
- Complete a final presentation to senior leadership.
- Gain exposure to areas including market leadership, growth strategy, corporate development, finance, and AI transformation.
What you'll need#
- Current first-year MBA student with anticipated graduation the following academic year.
- Minimum three years of professional work experience prior to business school.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Interest in healthcare, strategy, operations, finance, technology, or innovation.
