About the role#
We are looking for growth interns who understand how communities, creators, and social conversations grow. You will help us expand our presence across Discord, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. This role is a learning-first, execution-heavy program for someone who lives on the internet and wants to understand how to turn attention into users.
What you'll do#
- Manage and grow our Discord community by starting conversations about AI agents and trading, welcoming new members, and running activities like polls, AMAs, and product walkthroughs.
- Identify relevant Reddit communities and build trust to share content without being spammy.
- Track conversations on X and LinkedIn to draft posts, threads, and founder-led content while engaging with traders, students, and AI builders.
- Create concepts and scripts for reels and shorts, using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Figma to produce visuals and screen recordings.
- Find and reach out to trading educators, clubs, and creators to coordinate partnerships and demos, while maintaining accurate outreach trackers.
What you'll need#
- You are a digital native with a strong grasp of Reddit, Discord, X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, memes, and internet culture.
- You have good writing instincts for hooks, replies, captions, and short-form scripts.
- You possess strong community judgment and know how to avoid spammy promotion.
- You can create or coordinate reels, screen recordings, and basic visuals.
- You have a genuine interest in AI, trading, investing, and startup growth.
- You take ownership of your work and can figure things out independently.
Location & details#
- This is a remote role based in the United States.
- The internship is unpaid, with a commitment of 10 to 15 hours per week.
- The term is 8 to 12 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
- High performers may be considered for future paid or full-time opportunities.
