About the role#
As a Research, Development and Engineering (RD&E) Intern, you will contribute to strategic projects focused on discovering, applying, and developing new materials and products. You will work cross-functionally to support the creation and improvement of consumer products, gaining experience that prepares you for a full-time career in the industry. This is a paid, full-time internship offering hands-on project work, coaching, and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Focus on formulation development and process development or scale-up.
- Participate in test method development, validation, and claims validation.
- Conduct data analysis and use design of experiments to support project goals.
- Collaborate with team members and present project learnings to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- Availability to complete the full internship term from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Locations: Racine, Wisconsin and Bay City, Michigan.
- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
- Work Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday.
