About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing and project management to prepare students for a career in brand management. Interns work with the Consumer Brands Marketing team at the global headquarters in Racine, Wisconsin, on a project addressing real business needs. The role is a full-time, 12-week summer program.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Consumer Brands Marketing team on a robust business project.
- Analyze data to understand consumer and shopper motivations, beliefs, and behaviors.
- Develop marketing plans that build brand and commercial equity.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute brand strategies.
- Partner with agency teams to leverage multi-channel communication assets for campaign execution.
- Gain exposure to financial outcomes through P&L management, ROI analysis, and pricing strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Marketing or Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work on-site in Racine, Wisconsin, for the duration of the internship.
