About the role#
As an HR Intern, you will work on projects with real business needs that contribute to the success of SC Johnson. This program allows you to build professional skills while collaborating with various HR functions, including Employee Relations, Field HR, and Benefits and Compensation. You will have opportunities to engage with senior leaders, receive coaching and mentorship, and participate in networking events.

- Execute robust projects that address current business needs.
- Collaborate across multiple HR teams to deliver high impact solutions.
- Present project learnings and gain insights from senior organizational leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- Availability to work full-time from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
