Enterprise Technology Intern - Technical Delivery

About the role#

Saronic Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Technology Intern to assist in delivering functionality across our SaaS platforms. You will work alongside analysts and developers to manage configuration, development, integrations, and operational tooling. This role provides an opportunity to apply academic knowledge to production business systems within the defense technology industry.

What you'll do#

• Build and configure enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and Slack by managing fields, flows, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Write and test automations, scripts, and Apex or declarative logic to streamline manual processes.
• Support system integrations, such as NetSuite–Workday and Salesforce data flows, by documenting, testing, and validating data and APIs.
• Maintain operational documentation including runbooks, technical specifications, RACI matrices, and on-call materials.
• Assist with system monitoring and uptime health reporting across the SaaS portfolio.
• Support user-acceptance testing and change management for active projects.
• Troubleshoot configuration and access issues with the Enterprise Technology team.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Solid programming fundamentals and comfort reading and writing code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written communication and the ability to produce technical documentation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Must meet U.S. Person status requirements to access export-controlled information.

Location & details#

• Location: Austin, Texas.
• Term: Fall 2026 (August through December).
• Modality: Full-time (40 hours/week), on-site.
• This role involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with occasional lifting of items up to 20 pounds.
