About the role#
Sage Home Loans is looking for rising seniors to join our 10-week summer internship program. You will gain hands-on experience by working on real business projects alongside our teams. This role provides a front-row seat to how a digital mortgage company operates while offering dedicated mentorship from experienced leaders.
What you'll do#
- Partner on real projects and business problems that impact your team.
- Participate in structured onboarding, training, and receive ongoing feedback.
- Connect with fellow interns through engagement events and social impact opportunities.
- Receive dedicated mentorship and coaching from experienced Sage teammates.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior graduating in 2028.
- You are pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Operations Management.
- You are available to start with our June 2027 cohort for the full 10-week program.
- You have strong grit, a learning mentality, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You possess sound judgment, creativity, and the ability to generate value for clients and teammates.
- You are a scrappy, tenacious team player with a competitive spirit and a good sense of humor.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- The internship is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
- Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
