About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will join an intern cohort and work alongside experienced professional and technical employee-owners. This program offers hands-on experience across various service lines, including Civil Engineering, Construction Services, Environmental Services, and Geotechnical Engineering.

- Collaborate with technical experts on project opportunities.
- Participate in company-wide learning activities as part of an intern cohort.
- Gain practical, hands-on experience in your chosen field of interest.
- Develop professional skills to help you transition from campus to your career.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a related degree program, such as Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Preference is given to rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students.
- Previous related experience or leadership roles in campus or community organizations is preferred.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for technical roles.
- Ability to perform routine lifting of 40 to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel out of town if required.
- You must meet the requirements of the company's Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy, and Reference check program.
