About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship running from May 2027 through August 2027. You will join a cohort of interns to gain experience across various service lines including civil engineering, construction services, environmental services, and geotechnical engineering.

- Work alongside experienced professional and technical employee-owners.
- Participate in intern cohort activities.
- Gain hands-on experience in your area of interest.
- Learn about all aspects of the firm.
- Engage in professional development to help transition from campus to your career.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a related degree program, such as Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students are preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Capacity to lift 40 to 50 lbs routinely.
- Related experience or campus, community, and work-related leadership experience is preferred.
- Ability to meet requirements for the company Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy, and Reference check program.
- Valid employment eligibility verification (I-9).
