About the role#
We are looking for veterinary students to serve as ambassadors for Roo on their campuses. This position allows you to work with our team to help build a community within the veterinary profession while learning about how we operate our marketplace. You will act as a local representative, helping us connect with students and organize events.
What you'll do#
- Act as the local ambassador for Roo on your campus.
- Answer student questions about our team, company, events, and opportunities.
- Schedule lunch and learn talks, meetings, and campus events.
- Participate in product, technology, and operations meetings when needed.
- Provide student feedback to help us improve user acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.
- Suggest platform changes or process enhancements.
- Design and implement community initiatives that support the Roo brand.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a DVM or VMD program.
- A positive reputation as a student.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- A desire to create a good experience for veterinary professionals and hospitals.
