About the role#
As a Market Manager Intern, your primary goal is to grow Agoda’s room supply network. You will manage hotel relationships, identify new supply sources, and ensure our offerings meet consumer demand. You will work with general supervision to resolve questions and complete tasks independently.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel and accommodation suppliers.
- Identify, qualify, and visit key partners to expand our portfolio.
- Execute promotional strategies to improve room availability and competitiveness.
- Manage listing processes for new and existing suppliers.
- Train partners on Agoda’s technologies and tools.
- Handle supplier data within our distribution systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in market research and create presentations.
- Improve team processes and manage supporting resources.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least three years of experience in the hotel or travel industry, specifically with online travel agencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- A professional, results-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to build and mentor long-term customer relationships.
- Creativity and an ability to adapt to change.
