2026 Fall Intern - Business / Data Analyst Intern

About the role#

This 12-month internship offers the opportunity to work within a global healthcare organization, focusing on business systems, process support, and data analytics. You will receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced data professionals while contributing to initiatives that impact patient and customer outcomes. This is a paid, full-time position starting in September 2026.

What you'll do#

• Drive process improvement and workflow optimization by documenting business requirements and leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI use cases.
• Build and maintain data visualization tools, dashboards, and KPI reports using platforms such as Tableau, Salesforce, or Snowflake to identify operational trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed on emerging AI, analytics technologies, and automation frameworks.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal) to communicate technical concepts and support clients.
• Basic exposure to data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Snowflake, or Python.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity for AI/ML concepts and automation platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• Location: Laval, Quebec.
• Term: Fall 2026 (12 months).
• Work Modality: Hybrid (majority of time in the office).
• Schedule: Full-time (35 hours per week).
• Compensation: Paid internship with a hiring range of $39,000.00 to $51,187.50, determined by experience and qualifications.
