About the role#
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will join a team for a 13-week period during Winter 2027. You will take on the responsibilities of a full-time engineer, working on projects that affect our business and clients. You will have a dedicated mentor and manager to support your development. We host various socials and leadership talks throughout your time here to help you gain a broader view of the company.
What you'll do#
- Write quality code to solve real-world problems.
- Participate in team meetings to scope and drive your projects forward.
- Learn about our business and the specific needs of our clients.
- Attend meet and greets with executives and various teams.
- Build relationships with your intern cohort and colleagues through social events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous internship or Co-op experience in software engineering using Python.
- Solid programming skills with a focus on backend development.
- Strong communication skills for working across departments.
- An ability to adapt and ask action-oriented questions to keep your work moving.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship based in California.
- Sponsorship is not provided for this role.
- We value in-office collaboration and expect employees to work from the office at least three days a week.
