About the role#
We are looking for an Electrical Engineering student to join our co-op program at our manufacturing plant in Louisville. This is a paid, full-time position that offers practical exposure to real-world engineering challenges. You will work alongside experienced engineers and production staff to support plant operations and ongoing projects.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to engineering projects that support manufacturing and plant needs.
- Create engineering drawings to support project requirements and execution.
- Identify and help resolve engineering issues to ensure safe and effective plant operations.
- Participate in hands-on engineering activities to gain experience with manufacturing processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university-level Electrical Engineering program.
- Ability to learn and apply engineering concepts, tools, and measuring devices.
- Capacity to contribute to projects and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with engineers and production personnel.
