About the role#
The Executive Intern will support the executive team at Reproductive Freedom for All during the fall and winter terms. This part-time, paid position offers the opportunity to gain experience in nonprofit management, board operations, and executive support while contributing to the reproductive freedom movement. The role is hybrid and based in Washington, D.C.
What you'll do#
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team, including drafting meeting memos and assisting with travel logistics for the President.
- Support the Senior Executive Coordinator with the planning and management of Board of Directors meetings.
- Assist the Executive Office team, including the Scheduler and Executive Assistant, in building systems to improve scheduling efficiency.
- Provide support to E-team members during rapid response moments.
- Develop professional skills in research, project management, and organizational communication.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student with junior or senior standing preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated alignment with the values and mission of Reproductive Freedom for All.
- Interest in nonprofit management, executive operations, or reproductive rights advocacy.
Location & details#
- Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid).
- Term: Fall 2026 through Spring 2027.
- Commitment: Part-time, 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $19.61 per hour.
