About the role#
As a Student Marketeer, you act as a brand ambassador for Red Bull at Metropolitan State University of Denver. You are responsible for driving brand image and product understanding among your peers. This role focuses on reaching new consumers, increasing sales, and ensuring the brand remains visible on campus and in the surrounding region.
What you'll do#
- Build and execute a campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life.
- Create a network on and around your campus by connecting with influential groups and individuals.
- Identify local collegiate content creators and work with your Field Marketing Specialist to support them.
- Grow the user base through product sampling and direct consumer interaction.
- Work at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to provide brand experiences.
- Increase brand engagement through authentic social media content.
- Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets.
- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points on and off campus.
- Plan and report your activities in the dedicated online platform.
- Contribute to business development by sharing local insights and trends.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university or college, with a preference for Marketing or Business Administration majors.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid US driver’s license.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends, for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Deep immersion in student life with an understanding of local city hot-spots.
- A team-player mindset, including a willingness to wear branded outfits and operate the Red Bull Mini.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing 25 pounds or more.
- An affinity for project management, working behind the scenes, and sales.

- Compensation: $19.29 per hour.
