About the role#
As a Student Marketeer, you act as a brand and product ambassador for Red Bull. You will learn about our target group while driving brand image and product awareness on your campus and in the surrounding region. This role is for those who prefer flexibility over a standard office schedule and enjoy working in a creative environment.
What you'll do#
- Represent the brand personality and values through daily interactions with consumers and customers.
- Develop and carry out a campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life.
- Build a network on campus by establishing relationships with key local individuals.
- Identify collegiate content creators and help bring them into the Red Bull community.
- Grow the user base through product sampling and answer consumer questions.
- Support Red Bull events and collegiate activations to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Build brand awareness and encourage participation in events.
- Increase engagement on social media through authentic content.
- Connect with local sales account managers to ensure product availability and visibility in outlets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to open new distribution points on and around campus.
- Maintain store standards and contribute to business development by sharing local insights and trends.
- Plan and report your activities through our online platform.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or college.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A valid US driver’s license.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
- Deep involvement in student life and an understanding of local city hotspots.
- Connections with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus.
- An interest in project management and sales.
- Willingness to represent the brand in branded outfits and operate the Red Bull Mini.

- This role is based in Houston, Texas.
- This is a part-time, on-site position.
- The pay for this position is $16.00 per hour.
