About the role#
As a Student Marketeer, you act as a brand ambassador for Red Bull at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. You will drive brand image, increase product awareness, and support sales efforts within your campus and the surrounding region. This role requires a balance of creative marketing and sales execution, working closely with your local Field Marketing Specialist.
What you'll do#
- Represent the brand in a premium way through your daily interactions.
- Develop and carry out a campus plan that engages students.
- Build and maintain relationships with key individuals and collegiate content creators.
- Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of the product.
- Work at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events.
- Increase brand engagement on social media through authentic content.
- Partner with local sales account managers to open new distribution points and ensure store standards are met.
- Provide local insights, trends, and business development opportunities.
- Plan and report your activities using the company platform.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled in a university or college.
- A valid US driver's license is required.
- You must be fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- You are immersed in student life and connected with influential groups on campus.
- You have an affinity for project management and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are willing to represent the brand in official outfits and operate the Red Bull Mini.
- You can lift or move items weighing 25 pounds or more.
- You are available for at least 15 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.

- This position is based in Madison, WI.
- The role is on-site and part-time with a rolling term.
- This is a paid position.
