About the role#

What you'll do#
- Engineering and Product Development: Support product design, development, testing, prototyping, research, and continuous improvement.
- Marketing and Communications: Assist with content creation, digital marketing, social media, brand initiatives, video production, and customer engagement.
- Human Resources: Gain experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and workplace culture.
- Finance and Accounting: Learn how financial processes support business growth through reporting, analysis, budgeting, and accounting.
- Production and Supply Chain: Help with manufacturing, planning, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, quality, and operational improvements.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree, diploma, or technical program.
- You have an interest in gaining hands-on professional experience.
- You show curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- You bring a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to team success.
Location & details#
- Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
- Schedule: Internships are full-time and flexible between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to accommodate class schedules.
- Modality: Opportunities may be on-site or hybrid depending on the role.
- Duration: Placements vary from six months to 12+ months.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship program.
