About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in professional sports marketing and ticket sales. You will work directly with the sales and marketing team to learn how a professional sports organization operates. This is a paid, full-time position for Winter 2027.
What you'll do#
You will support ticket sales efforts and develop marketing content. Your daily tasks include:
- Selling full season, partial, group, and premium ticket plans.
- Completing at least 30 sales calls per day following sales training.
- Servicing existing season ticket holders and group leaders.
- Creating social media content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Building marketing emails and promotional text messages using Vozzi.
- Developing campaigns to increase ticket sales and fan engagement.
- Managing data and inputting information into the CRM system.
- Providing customer service and assisting with game operations on game nights.
- Learning to use Ticketmaster and Monday CRM.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related degree program.
- Ability to receive college credit for the internship.
- Interest in the sports, marketing, or sales industries.
