About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program for the summer of 2027. You will work under the supervision of department leaders to gain experience in your specific field of study. The program is full-time and requires on-site attendance. We offer tracks in construction management, human resources, marketing, finance, and information technology.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a program tailored to your major under the guidance of department leadership.
- Gain exposure to field operations, project management, or functional business departments.
- Assist with daily tasks such as financial reporting, recruiting, or developing marketing collateral.
- Engage in hands-on site visits and job shadowing to connect academic theory with practice.
- Support project budgets, billing, or technical helpdesk operations based on your assigned track.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program, at least at the sophomore level.
- Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Architecture, or related fields.
- A basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project delivery methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to learn new technology used in project management.
