About the role#
This is a full-time student opportunity focused on full-cycle, high-volume recruitment. You will work with our HR and Talent Acquisition team to manage seasonal hiring surges. You will gain exposure to sourcing, screening, and interview coordination while contributing to a recruitment process improvement project. This role is open to co-op students, interns, practicum students, and recent graduates.
What you'll do#
- Learn full-cycle, high-volume recruitment practices.
- Support job postings, sourcing, and resume screening.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Maintain applicant tracking data and recruitment reporting.
- Follow all hiring compliance and candidate confidentiality protocols.
- Participate in a recruitment process improvement initiative.
- Support ongoing recruitment campaigns and collect hiring data.
- Analyze the hiring funnel and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with other HR administrative duties as assigned.
- Engage in cross-functional learning.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a program in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Comfort working in a high-volume hiring environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential candidate information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the HR and Talent Acquisition team.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
