About the role#
As a Product Operations Intern, you will support our product and finance operations. You will ensure that our financial data, internal processes, and product features run smoothly and accurately. You will report to the Product Operations Manager and work with teams across different countries to maintain consistency across our systems.
What you'll do#
- Provide support to clients through different channels.
- Assist in daily operational processes that connect Product, Finance, and Operations while meeting service level agreements.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy across systems.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to find process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business and operational metrics.
- Help implement new product features from an operational and financial perspective.
- Test and validate new tools or processes before they go live.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve internal operations.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Review internal documentation to find gaps or outdated content.
- Track documentation status across teams and enforce standards for naming and version control.
- Coordinate periodic documentation reviews with process owners.
- Support audit and compliance readiness by ensuring processes are documented and evidence is available.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Six months to one year of experience in a similar role at a tech, fintech, or financial institution.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial operations, and data management.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset and a willingness to learn new tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

- This is a remote, full-time internship.
