Intern - Sales and Marketing (Healthcare Analytics Solutions)

About the role#

The Healthcare Analytics Solutions team is seeking a Sales and Marketing Intern to bridge the gap between commercial outreach and strategic marketing. This role offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end commercial cycle, including competitive intelligence, strategic account planning, and revenue-generation processes. Interns will have the opportunity to shadow live client pitches and contribute to the team's market positioning.

What you'll do#

• Conduct in-depth market research on 5-10 targeted clients to analyze development pipelines and strategic goals.
• Support the setup and optimization of the competitive intelligence platform.
• Translate competitive intelligence and market research into actionable recommendations for product positioning and sales strategies.
• Audit sales and marketing materials, such as pitch decks and one-pagers, to ensure alignment with current messaging.
• Maintain and update a centralized tracker for industry events and conferences.
• Assist in pulling metrics and tracking engagement rates of sales outreach blitzes and marketing campaigns.
• Support sales operations by identifying process inefficiencies and updating CRM data.
• Shadow sales discovery calls, client pitches, and marketing strategy meetings.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in college, with a preference for students with two or more years of completed coursework.
• Interest in fields such as Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Public Health.
• Strong communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
• Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Technical aptitude to leverage digital platforms for research and data organization.
