About the role#
Pyrotek is seeking a Product Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Spokane, Washington. You will work with our Global Product Management team to support projects that connect engineering expertise with manufacturing applications.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop product knowledge resources and documentation for engineers.
- Assist in the development of configuration tools for specialized engineered products.
- Gather, analyze, and organize market intelligence to support product management strategies.
- Create and edit technical content for product manuals and engineering resources.
- Manage technical services databases, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Present your project findings, recommendations, and results to team members and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Finance, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least one year of completed college coursework in your field of study and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings, dimensional specifications, and geometric tolerances.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical content.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage assigned projects, and take initiative.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in manufacturing and product management.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).

- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
